Q: Are you open all year?
A: Yes, we are open to guests year round, 365 days a year!

Q: How close are you to the town of Estes Park?
A: We are technically within town limits, although we're on the outer edge. We are only 1 mile to the grocery store & pharmacy, and only 1 mile to the edge of downtown shopping.

Q: How close are you to the Rocky Mountain National Park?
A: We are only 3 miles to the Fall River entrance of the Rocky Mountain National Park.

Q: Do you have a restaurant on site?
A: As all of our suites have either kitchens or kitchenettes, we do not have a restaurant on site. However, we do provide all of our guests with a dining discount card that many of the local restaurants honor. Additionally, Nicky's Restaurant (serving breakfast, lunch & dinner) is only 1 block from our resort.

Q: Do you provide housekeeping services?
A: Yes! Included with your cabin or condo is daily housekeeping service. Our housekeepers will make your beds, change your towels & remove trash daily. For guests with longer stays, housekeeping will change your sheets every 3rd day of your stay.

Q: What items and supplies are stocked in your kitchens?
A: Our cabins and condos with full kitchens have: Oven/stove, full sized fridge, microwave, coffee maker & a toaster. (Don't forget the gas grill on your deck/patio!) Also, our kitchens are stocked with pots, pans, plates, glasses, cups, bowls, utensils, regular coffee, decaf coffee, creamer, dish soap, dish towels. Some suites do have dishwashers, and for those, we provide dishwasher soap as well.

Q: What's the difference between a "kitchen" and a "kitchenette"?
A: Our "kitchenettes" have a mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker & toaster (cabin suites #10, 11A, 12A). All of our other suites have full kitchens (as described above).

Q: What bath supplies do you provide?
A: Of course, bath towels, hand towels & wash cloths are provided daily with our housekeeping service. Additionally, we provide a daily supply of soap, shampoo, lotion. Hair dryers & robes are also provided in each suite.

Q: Do we need to bring bedding?
A: All bedding is provided. Your beds are made already, and you will find additional blankets and pillows available in the closets of your cabin or condo.

Q: What is your "Swim Spa?"
A: Our swim spa consists of a small indoor pool, with currents that you can swim against and also an indoor Jacuzzi. Additionally, behind the swim spa are 2 outdoor hot tubs. Both the swim spa and hot tubs are available to our guests 24 hours a day.   Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by parent/adult when using the swim spa.

Q: Do we need to bring towels for the hot tubs or pool?
A: For cabin suites with private hot tubs (5, 7, 14, 15, 16, 17), we provide extra towels for use with the hot tubs. For all others, the swim spa has a basket of fresh towels for use with the pool & shared hot tubs.

Q: Do you have TV and DVD players in your suites?
A: All of our suites have cable television with a DVD players Additionally, in our office, we have a complimentary library of DVDs, books and board games available for our guests to share.

Q: Do you have internet service for your guests?
A: Yes! Our cabins & condos all have WiFi access. Additionally, we have a computer with internet access and a printer available to our guests in the office.
